We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item was marked as delivered to request a return. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@darkmooncrystalwitch.com. If the item(s) being returned are eligible, we’ll provide you the return address and you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item(s) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. (Shipping charges are non-refundable)
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item was broken during the shipping process. Photo proof of the damaged item is required to process any type of refund. (Shipping charges are non-refundable)
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Any item that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned or refunded. Items on sale, discounted, and marked for clearance are not eligible to be returned or refunded either. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
